Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant reviews for 690 Greenwich St in Manhattan highlight a prime West Village location with spacious apartments and great neighbors. The superintendant Eddie is consistently praised for being dependable and helpful. Cleanliness and garbage management are generally good, with in-building laundry and elevator convenience noted. However, persistent pest issues, including mice and roaches, have been reported with varying management responsiveness. There are ongoing problems with hot water accessibility, noise levels in some units, and dated apartment features. Some residents express frustration with the landlord and management’s communication, repairs, and rent increases. Overall, the building appeals for location and community but could improve maintenance and management responsiveness.
