Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 535 Hudson Street in Manhattan praise its prime location, well-maintained apartments with new appliances, and in-unit washer-dryer. However, concerns include inconsistent pest control, slow owner responsiveness, and significant rent increases. Suggestions include improved pest control measures, quicker responses to complaints, and better package delivery and recycling systems. Despite some drawbacks, the general consensus is positive for those valuing location and modern amenities.

Wors landlord ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, super is nice
Cons:
Did not fix my mouse problem which was recurrent throughout the entire year and 5-6 times they'd claimed to solve the problem. Lack of responsiveness to pest and plumbing complains They raised my rent 700 despite renting the same layout for my original rent price just two months earlier when the rental market was down They made me pay a $1000 cash deposit to be second in line to review my application and would not return the money when i had sourced another apartment and the 1st application was delayed
Advice to owner:
Fix the mouse problem and water faucets
