Fantastic location, relatively quite, mix of renovated and old apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
I am in one of the renovated apartments in the building and it is very clean and the appliances work well. The location is perfect and the neighbors are polite.
Cons:
I have no idea who the landlord is, we only communicate with the building manager. The apartment was apparently rent stabilized until 2009 when it went "permanently exempt" (not sure what this means). We also have to pay rent in checks which is quite inconvenient. The super is not often around and does not clean the hallways often. I feel like we are overpaying for size of the apartment, but the WV is notoriously expensive.
