Cons:
- Weird super.
- Dimly lit, grimey building.
- Packages stolen constantly. Super will blame you.
- Nonstop heat/hot water issues. Only way to resolve was to call 311. Apartment temperature often was below 50° in the winter.
- Isolated neighborhood. Empty storefronts. Transit desert. 15 minute walk to the C/E. 7 train is a little closer but unreliable.
- Poorly maintained. Bathroom drain was clogged for 6 months and I brushed my teeth in the kitchen sink until the super bothered to fix it.
- Cameras do not work. Super doesn’t have access and even a police report will not help.
- 28th street is noisy from double parked cars laying on the horn but this is pretty normal for most of the area.

Advice to owner:
Fix the cameras and front door lock. Add more lighting to stairwell and entryway. Fix the cameras.
