While residents appreciate the quiet atmosphere and pest-free environments, they consistently report inadequate heating and poor responsiveness from management. Cleanliness issues and maintenance delays, particularly regarding persistent leaks and heating problems, are commonly cited detractors. Would not recommend

Pros

No pests, quiet block, next to high-line, great block

Cons

The heat in the winter was barely ever on making the apartment freezing. The summers were unbearable because of the high ceilings and the window unit ac’s not being able to catch up . Not super close to trains and nearest stations are super big.

Advice to the owners

The temperature control is borderline uninhabitable
