Avoid this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated units, nice neighborhood
Cons:
management sucks and is so unresponsive you’ll never hear from them after move in. Giant holes in hallways for months, incredibly small rooms with no closets, no super even though they say there is one.

Units are nice but $$$$, property mgmt doesn't return security deposit
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a nice part of town and the units are updated
Cons:
Parts of remodel were done poorly, can tell that the work done is not high quality. Sometimes takes a while for management to fix serious issues. Property management team is awful, doesn't pick up the phone, and refuses to return security deposits.
Advice to owner:
Return security deposits
