Location, Location, Location
Cons:
The building management NEVER replies! Any issues reported via the Phone App or through emails and phone numbers to the building manager and the super go unanswered.
Advice to owner:
Get it together! You are asking for ridiculously high rents for a building with very few amenities and a non responsive management team. The apartments are constantly turning over and there is a steady flow of Air B&B strangers coming and going making it feel unsafe at times. Fix the damn mail boxes! They have been hanging off the wall for at least 9 months! Fix the Key Fab! It's been non functional for over a year!

Cons:
• horrible building management (Julie at Nieuw Amsterdam Properties) • Consistent psst problems and inconsistent exterminator • Loud neighbors • Trash is often backed up in trash chute
