Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews reveal the building's prime location, attentive management, clean facilities, and good water pressure as key positives. However, tenants have faced issues with pests like mice and roaches, occasional noisy surroundings, and package theft incidents. Suggestions include better pest control measures, addressing noise disturbances, and enhancing package security. Despite some drawbacks, residents appreciate the responsive superintendent and well-maintained amenities. The building's appeal lies in its comfortable living spaces and efficient management, making it a viable option in the vibrant neighborhood of Manhattan.
