Neighbors, Doorman are helpful.
Cons:
Owner reduced essential services - overnight doorman. Bldg super hostile, sexist, homophobic, racist. Lack of transparency.
Advice to owner:
Replace bldg super. Stop reducing essential services. Provide consistent heat and hot water. Stop withholding rent stabilized units from market.
