Cons:
Near a gas station, the area isn’t great to walk at night. Pest problem in the building

Worst Apartment Management Ever

Pros:
Nothing at all.
Cons:
Broken door knobs, not enough electricity to support a one-bedroom apartment, deteriorating bathroom appliances, water damage...the list goes on.
Advice to owner:
Fire your entire staff, sell the building and try again.
