    Great location old but good building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location is great
    Building is well maintained
    Neighbors are all quiet and respectful
    Get more bang for your buck in the area
    Cons:
    Has the cons of an old building (ie box units, old flooring)
    Have gotten a couple packages stolen but not many
    There is a Co op process
