Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 301 West 22 Street in Manhattan reveal mixed experiences. Positive aspects include spacious, newly renovated apartments, a great Chelsea location, and reasonable rent increases under attentive landlords at times. However, many renters report chronic issues with unresponsive, rude management and prolonged maintenance delays, particularly regarding heating and radiator problems. Noise disturbances, thin walls, and occasional security concerns with break-ins are also noted. Garbage management and pest control conditions vary, with some improvements over time. Construction and rent costs add to tenant frustrations. Overall, communication and upkeep need significant enhancement to improve tenant satisfaction.

Horrible building management - not worth the money
Former Tenant
Pros:
some apartments like ours are newly renovated
Cons:
building management has taken over a year to resolve a radiator banging issue. furthermore a lot of the materials they've used are cheap. every Friday and Saturday night it sounds like a frat house.
Advice to owner:
actually show you care.

Horrible Cruel Building Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Okay neighborhood area
Cons:
Very rude and unresponsive building management. Have had a laundry list of issues that were ignored. Radiator racketed in the middle of the night and never really worked. Homeless people have broken in multiple times. Never ever use slate management.
Advice to owner:
Answer people’s requests. Don’t be extremely rude. Fire Latif
