Fabulous views of Manhattan and Queens

Pros

This is a brand new building close to Manhattan (one subway stop or a tram ride) with amazing views and lots of light. The appliances are all high end and contemporary. The price is less than what you'd pay in Manhattan for the equivalent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons

The HVAC (heat pumps) is rather noisy and there were issues when we first moved in.

Advice to the owners

Replace the heat pumps with something quieter.
