Nice stay

Pros:
It's tidy and the owner looks after it.
Cons:
Some noise from the street and in the building.
Advice to owner:
Improve infrastructure of the building.

Charming but small

Pros:
Clean, great location and price.
Cons:
Unit was tiny. Had a centipede in the apartment once. Other units had smokers, even though we were told we couldn’t smoke in the unit. It got so bad that it started to impact my health. Management sent an air purifier and that helped a little. The elevator doesn’t work. Sometimes the buzzer doesn’t work so package deliveries can be tough.
