In an excellent spot, rarely see or hear neighbours, units at the back are relatively quiet for being on 8th.
The stairways are not regularly cleaned. The garbage being right at the foot of the stairs means that it often smells as youre coming and going and the rooftop being off limits is a bit of a downer.
