Very good place to live

Pros

Live-in super is very attentive and easy to contact. The few times we had an issue, it was typically addressed within 24 hours.

Cons

Only thing I didn't like was how loud this part of 8th Ave can be at night. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around. But hey, that's New York baby.

3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, neighbors are families so there’s no noise, close to subway!!

Cons

Cramped space, SO hot, no elevator :/
