    Nice clean building

    Pros:
    Location is awesome, the super is very on top of things, never had an issue with pests and he is very quick to respond when you need something.
    Cons:
    Heat wasn’t amazing in the winter
    Advice to owner:
    None! Well managed building

    Clean stairwell, accountable landlord - responds quickly and addresses issues promptly, great heat

    Some difficulty reaching management company in the past, no roof access

    The trash management is decent.
    Cons:
    Charged for A/C install. No A/C storage. Upstairs tenant had toddlers that stomped back and forth for 12 hours straight, including pre-Covid; management refused to address this. Cockroaches arrived in the spring because door jams didn’t touch the floor.
    Advice to owner:
    Pay attention to complaints. Make your website easier to accept payments.

    Pros:
    Location (specifically as relates to pre- Covid-19). Fast IPv6 internet (Spectrum).
    Cons:
    Management. Loud, ignorant tenants that refuse to be even close to reasonable. Loud doors. Space under doors (freezing cold drafts and cockroach floodgates). No AC storage. Sporadic radiator heating. Nosey super. Unavailable super. Hidden “gotchas” by management. Thin windows. No insulation from heat/cold. Concrete walls (no pictures/mounts). No package area.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the list of cons and don’t hide them.

    Pros:
    Clean, new appliances, dishwasher, responsive super, let us use security deposit as last months rent
    Cons:
    Noticed a cockroach or two, fridge broke and it took them a week to replace it
