Pros

Rent was reasonable and in the heart of Chelsea. Entrance was nice and felt safe

Cons

8th ave is full of homeless people. The building is a walk-up which was awful Packages went missing Landlord is very strict

Nice place to live

Pros

Super central location, close to the train lines and groceries stores, building is well maintained. Living space was big and place had a dishwasher! Individual rooms were sizable with true closets.

Cons

Apartment starting decaying over the several years we lived here. Kitchen needs new tiles, everywhere needs new paint, speciality light bulbs were burnt out and apartment isn’t very will insulated. Packages sometimes got stolen, and overall no sense of building community.
