Owner Is Nightmare

Pros

Beautiful location, apartments are nice. Good outdoors area.

Cons

The landlord (Jon) is known for making his tenants cry. He is a bully, plain and simple. He blames tenants for ordinary wear & tear, and charges them for it. When he doesn’t get his way, he threatens litigation. He is not afraid of lying. Unless you enjoy renting from a man with the emotional intelligence of a nuclear warhead or regularly crying, stay away.

Advice to the owners

Sell the place or hire someone who was held as a child to run it for you. Do not talk to tenants directly.
