Great building in Chelsea!

Pros:
Great location close to subway lines, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores (Whole Foods and Trader Joe's). Spacious layouts. Love the renovated pre-war -- old elevator, but the kitchen and bathroom are renovated. High ceilings, hardwood floors. Great closet space.
Cons:
Can't control the heat. Maintenance sometimes does a band-aid fix rather than solving the root of the issue, but the live-in super is responsive.
