very quiet but a few rude tenants

clean, quiet for chelsea - very quiett, across street from whole foods and very central location. pre war buidling. redone elevator. managgement company very ontop of things

very nosy neighbors that are super quick to "tattle" on you to building management, or leave notes at your doorstep for nonsensical matters, truly. makes it stressful to live here when you feel like you have big brother always on your back. super had no boundaries when i moved in and would walk into , unlock my apartment all the time with me home. highly innaprpriate
