I love the location and the neighborhood. People are generally friendly in the building
Cons:
Management will not be very responsive or fix things most of the time. If they do fix things, they won't fix it well. The building is very old, so random things will happen like leaks, mold, potentially some bugs.
Advice to owner:
Create a system to request maintenance and actually be responsive and attentive to it. People are afraid to ask multiple times for things to be done right because they don't want rent to be raised at renewal
