Great building, unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean and newly renovated. The central heating/AC was a great perk. The gym and laundry room are both very nicely kept, and the roof is wonderful. Management was very responsive to service requests.
Cons:
For some reason, our heating bills were insanely high in the winter (>$400 month) because the building appeared to spike our electricity once an hour when the temperature outside went below 40 degrees, even when we were on vacation. This added a non-trivial expense to our rent. The management for this building is quite unresponsive to non-service requests, and we were frustrated multiple times by lack of response to email or phone. Finally, there was significant construction in the apartment above us that we were not warned about, which made working from home impossible on many weekdays for several months.
