Drip, drip, drip.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, right above the 1 train. Amazing back patio. Nice big windows in the front.
Cons:
Leaky ceiling that will never be fixed because it's a facade fix that's expensive. Mediocre management company, and unresponsive landlord. Tiny bathroom. Not updated in its finishes.
Advice to owner:
Fix the ceiling leak.

Mice, roaches and broken front door
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and layouts.
Cons:
Building is filthy, mice and roaches, had packages stolen because the front door wouldn’t lock (they have recently replaced the lock after months of it not working) + an incompetent management.
Advice to owner:
Visit the property every so often to see it’s state.
