Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight the building's prime location, responsive management, and friendly neighbors as key advantages. Residents appreciate the efficient garbage management, responsive supers like Diego and Hector, and strong water pressure. Concerns include package theft, noise issues, and occasional pest problems that require attention. While some suggest improvements like enhanced security and addressing rodent issues promptly, the general consensus is positive, with tenants valuing the well-maintained aspects and the supportive superintendents.
