Overall good building

Pros

spacious flex units, amazing doormen, responsive super, very very clean common areas, very well taken care of

Cons

major pest issue had an entire ecosystem of bugs in my apt very gross: american roaches, beetles, spiders, centipedes, carpet beetles, just to name a few.

Advice to the owners

To eradicate pests, it's a persistent issue get a different exterminator company
