Pros:
Ogden Cap is a big management company that runs Biltmore Plaza well. The building staff is super friendly and take such good care of the building. The shared spaces like the laundry room, gym, rooftop are well maintained and kept clean. The staff is also incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, often coming to service within 24 hours.
Cons:
There is a separate membership fee to use the amenities (rooftop, pool, gym) Sometimes an elevator is out of service, but the staff works quickly to get them up an
