Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 175 Lexington Avenue indicate mixed feedback. Tenants appreciate the spacious units, affordability, and central location of the building. However, concerns arise regarding slow response from management, occasional pest issues, heating problems, and maintenance delays. Rent stabilized units are a plus, but inconsistent cleanliness and garbage management are noted. Despite some drawbacks, residents find the building charming, especially for young professionals. Improved owner responsiveness, pest control, and maintenance efficiency are suggested for an enhanced living experience. Overall, the building offers value with room for improvement.
