Good building, quiet street

Pros

sublet here for 6 months, nice community of families, people in their 20's, couples. laundry is usually open never really had issues. The trash room maintained well and chute is a pro, package room nice too only had one missing in my time here but probably just misdelivered

Cons

heating pipe clanks loudly in my unit in the winter, elevator has recently started doing this but i think its scraping on the side of 4th floor? so its super loud but will probably get fixed.
