AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pros:
Great neighborhood. That’s all I can think of. Pet friendly (with a pet fee)
Cons:
Management sucks. Unresponsive until it’s a huge issue, and still tries to gaslight tenants. Ignores emails and tickets for months. Laundry does not work. Facade is failing. Elevator is repeatedly out of service. Elevator failed and shook the whole building, filling it with smoke. Unsafe building and management does not care about tenants safety. Security cameras are not actively installed recording, and just acting as a deterrent. Fire alarm is not in working condition. Major safety issues. Building wrongly assumed every tenant had keys to the front door, and changed the access code without informing anyone. Some tenants were given keys while others were not. Learned from super (Paul) that people had been sleeping in the basement, but obviously that can’t be verified because there are no working security cameras.
Advice to owner:
Please fire your current property management company , for the sake of your building and income. (MD Squared SUCKSSSS)
