Spacious apartment and friendly building

- Doormen are the absolute best! - Spacious apartment - Quiet, friendly neighbors - So many small things that make every day easier, from doormen and porters! - Zero pest issues

Cons

- Elevator needs to be operated by a doorman so can take some time if it's busy - Each apartment is probably different based on the owner, so it will really depend on the exact unit! Experiences vary - Gets really hot in the winter, but can't be helped with a pre-war building!
