• Covid rent deal
Cons:
• illegal security deposit practices
• Frequently stolen packages
• Contrary to what’s advertised, the super doesn't live on site.
• Spectrum internet connection frequently fails.
• Disorganized management
• Constant health code violations/fines on the building.
Advice to owner:
Implement a payment portal.

Old building but as neatly kept as possible

Cheaper rent compared to other units in the area, close to everything.
Cons:
Rear units just face another building, very old building

Convenient location, rodent issue and water pipes issue

Pros:
Convenient location. Handyman is responsive
Cons:
Heat is either very hot or doesn't work. The building has rodent issue. Sometimes you can not get cold water because something's wrong with the pipes.
