    quiet, responsive Super,
    Cons:
    Pest control shifted to come once a quarter instead of once a month; natural light is not great; heat is loud, and the bathroom could be cleaner

    Amazing location, right at 14th and 3rd
    Cons:
    Poorly maintained (water temperature and pressure in the shower was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Cold, dribbling showers in the middle of winter). Not well maintained or kept clean w designated days you can bring garbage out (what’s supposed to happen on the other days?) and a landlord who never responded to a single email or phone call.

    Uhhh, respond to your tenants?

    Best location, quiet street, natural light, super is great
    Cons:
    Had rats, flies in summer, couldn't control heat
