Homey pre-war community

Pros

It’s a lovely beaux arts building on a beautiful historic street; surprisingly quiet despite being a block west of the Mt Sinai emergency room (no ambulances go past because 17th st runs E-W). Elevator and laundry in building, all in working order. Nice thick soundproof walls and friendly neighbors!

Cons

Management sometimes needs to be bugged a few times to respond/deal with issues (so far, a broken overhead light and one mouse sighting that have now been fixed). Sometimes the trash and recycling piles up in the basement a bit much the day or two before trash day, but nothing super gross.

Invest in revamping your website (currently broken) and adding a digital portal for rent payments!
