A great apartment!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the super Duncar! Very modern and people in the building are nice and normal.
Cons:
The walk up was intense, had problems with gas for over a month. No laundry in the building.
Advice to owner:
Tenants need to be compensated if there are issues within the apartment, no gas or active construction in an apartment deserves a discount on rent.

Nice but not worth the rent hike
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighbors, good heat, laundry downstairs, live-in super
Cons:
Pest control was not taken seriously and we had to hire external help. The super would bring over realtors and unidentified real-estate people without contacting us before-hand. Management is slow to respond to any requests, and when they do, they are sometimes snarky. We began renting during COVID, but for our renewal, they raised the rent over 100%.
Advice to owner:
Take your tenant's requests and inquiries seriously.
