Great building and safe area

Onsite super, very responsive, friendly, and well managed. Always feels safe.

Cons

Intercom system was not super user friendly.

A great apartment!

Pros

I loved the super Duncar! Very modern and people in the building are nice and normal.

Cons

The walk up was intense, had problems with gas for over a month. No laundry in the building.

Tenants need to be compensated if there are issues within the apartment, no gas or active construction in an apartment deserves a discount on rent.
