    Hidden gem in Gramercy

    Pros:
    -Great building and nice neighbors
    -Excellent light exposure
    -Very spacious units for rent (good bang for your buck)
    -Good location (10-15 mins walking from Union Square, Madison Square Park, etc.)
    -Close to Stuyvesant Square
    -Nice, friendly and responsive in-building Management team
    -RENT STABILIZED BUILDING
    Cons:
    -Occassional waterbug sightings. Building has pest control come by once a month to spray but still there are moments of bugs popping up in kitchen/bathrooms (usually come out of walls already dead).
    -Overall, a great apartment otherwise!
    Advice to owner:
    Double down on pest control by coming more than once a month.
