Poor maintenance and responsiveness

Pros

The kitchen is great with 4 stovetops and an oven.

Cons

Rodents are not dealt with. Sink pressure and filters often stop working. Wifi goes out every once in a while with no explanation. Residential life does not respond to emails diligently; you're lucky if you even get a response at all.

Advice to the owners

Please do more frequent checks on your building.
