Cute first apt + 1 resident package thief

Building is cute
Central air
Security cameras were functional
Cons:
Building is covered in scaffolding
Bugs behind washer dryer
Resident package thief and even though securities camera worked the landlord was unhelpful.
Advice to owner:
Fire Josh, he doesn’t respond and it’s obvious other people do his job for him.

-Very nice and helpful super
-bedrooms have (tiny) closets
Cons:
-A/C doesn’t always work in summer
-Building management is not communicative, it takes threats/withholding rent to get repairs done
-Package theft is common
-Frequent sirens due to nearby heath centers
