Building is cute Central air Security cameras were functional

Building is covered in scaffolding Bugs behind washer dryer Resident package thief and even though securities camera worked the landlord was unhelpful.

Advice to the owners

Fire Josh, he doesn’t respond and it’s obvious other people do his job for him.

Not the Best, Not the Worst

Pros

-central air -updated kitchen & bathroom appliances -Very nice and helpful super -bedrooms have (tiny) closets

Cons

-A/C doesn’t always work in summer -Building management is not communicative, it takes threats/withholding rent to get repairs done -Package theft is common -Frequent sirens due to nearby heath centers
