Do not live at any Centennial Properties building
Former Tenant
Pros:
My super is nice
Cons:
The property management group is the worst possible people to work with. They do not help any of their tenants with any problem, and they are so bad the CEO has served jail time because of it. My building has had no gas for four months and there are no updates being made. We had no hot water for one month as well and now have an outside boiler. They have offered us no rent reduction either and do not answer us when we call or email.
