Good building/apt but terrible owners

Pros:
Friendly quiet neighbors, good location, renovated units have new appliances, ours has a working fireplace
Cons:
The responsiveness of the management company is dismal, it requires several tries to get something fixed, hearing is not adequate we had to get space heaters
