Good Very attentive building

Pros

The super is amazing and will help you with anything right away. The building is well maintained. No bug problems and great water pressure. Elevator is good.

Cons

Trash chute is a little small. The heat gets really hot in the winter. Can hear neighbors moving around upstairs.
