Great trash mgmt, easy to report things that need to be repaired, good heat, good bathrooms

Had issues with package theft, needed to arrange for things to be delivered by signature. Not much help

Great Apartment Overall

Pros

The building remains clean for the most part, and we have not had any issues.

Cons

We have asked for extermination multiple times, but have not gotten anyone to come in awhile. No serious bug issues, just fruitflies and gnats.
