Nice and quiet

Pros

Despite being in Manhattan, it was quiet and noise-free. The super responds quickly and is very friendly. I've seen cockroaches twice, but the super immediately scheduled pest control. The building's location is great, making it easy and convenient to get anywhere.

Cons

In winter, it gets quite cold, so I used an extra heater. Occasionally, packages have gone missing. This happened about four times over the year
