Solid, Spacious Building in Murray Hill
Pros
- Each unit is a pretty spacious 4 BR 2 bath (each one takes up a floor). Every bedroom (possibly except the smallest can fit a queen pretty easily) - In-unit laundry - Never had any issues with pests - Our unit came with portable AC units for each bedroom - Super is pretty responsive
Cons
- It's pretty noisy, especially in the 3rd Ave - facing bedrooms - It's not the best for package delivery. Generally the courier will get it inside the locked door, but at least sometimes they'll just leave it outside on the street and it will get stolen very quickly. To be fair, I think I only had a package stolen once - It is a walkup - not unusual for Manhattan though
