Old building with old problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good natural light, bedroom space, lots of storage, respectful neighbors, no pests
Cons:
Bike shop noisy and crowded, old problems handled with bandaids not fixes, semi-responsive management (takes a while and persistence to accomplish anything), VERY cold winter
Advice to owner:
Invest in fixing problems not band-aiding them

Solid apartment but no keypad access

good location, that’s about it
Cons:
no washer dryer in building, no keypad for front door entry (so if you didn’t have your outdoor key on you at all times you’re SOL), small room
Advice to owner:
please put a keypad in the front of the building f
