Generally well managed
Pros
The trash room and common areas were always clean. Lived here for 3 years and never had a problem with pests or rodents. Management and landlord are the same local entity, which helped with responsiveness.
Cons
Hot water was scalding at times, and heat was intermittently iffy some winters (but never fully off). Rent increases disproportionate to value of the unit (but usually not more than 15% year over year).

Solid building management
Pros
responsive management and kind maintenance crew. sometimes repairs can be a bit bootleg but they get the job done quickly and mostly efficiently.
Cons
dates fixtures and have had issues with key card. but when brought up to management, they quickly solved issues
Advice to the owners
Bathroom and kitchen fixtures are extremely dated and can be leaky.
