    Great building in a good location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Clean building with minimal issues and good maintenance. Any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly
    Cons:
    The hot water always works, but sometimes the heating is not warm enough.
    Advice to owner:
    Thank you for taking care of your residents.
