Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant feedback for 335 East 22 Street highlights its convenient location, natural light, and rent-stabilized units as notable positives. However, persistent issues with unclean common areas, pest infestations, noise disturbances from faulty heating systems, and poor water pressure detract from the living experience. Management is frequently described as unresponsive and ineffective, with calls for better maintenance and renovation. While neighbors and transit access are generally satisfactory, overall dissatisfaction with building upkeep and ownership responsiveness is evident, making it a less favorable option for those seeking a well-managed and quiet residence in Manhattan.

Kahen is the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Superintendent. The only pro of the building is him.
Cons:
Kahen is unresponsive and has a faulty boiler that is ready to explode any second. It makes noise that permeates through both this building and the neighbor building. Imagine Mike Tyson hitting your floor to ceiling heat risers with a baseball bat every 2 seconds. All day. Everyday.
Advice to owner:
I'd give advice but they obviously don't listen.
