Management is a hardcore LIER. Harasser. He discriminate us because of the low rent 4 family of us pay.

Communication with truth n honestly. N response to fixing things rapidly. The only way things get fix is by calling HDR 311

Combative Super and Bad Management

Convenient location, units are modern/updated. Has all the in-unit amenities you’d want.

Cons

Super verbally harassed and swore at me after raising an urgent issue where water was leaking out my fuse box and lights. Management does not respond and does not care for the property; inadequate trash facilities, trash accumulation, dirt. No hot water for over 24hrs with no communication by management.
